Fasting

Fasting is a spiritual practice God uses to realign our hearts, quiet the noise, and draw us closer to Him. Throughout Scripture, God’s people fasted when they needed clarity, breakthrough, repentance, or a deeper dependence on His presence. Fasting isn’t about earning God’s favor or proving our devotion. It’s about creating space for Him to speak, strengthen, and transform us.

Whether you’re seeking direction, fighting distraction, or longing for spiritual renewal, fasting is a powerful way to tune your heart back to God and let Him do what only He can do.
