Ingredients:
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon minced onion
¾ teaspoon minced garlic
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 (10 oz.) cans Rotel
4 cups beef broth
Shredded cheese, jalapeno, avocado
Directions:
- Cook ground beef. Drain.
- In large stockpot, combine the beef mixture, seasonings, Rotel, and beef broth.
- Heat to a simmer.
- Add cream cheese and stir to melt.
- Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
