Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 strips of bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 pound chicken, cooked & shredded
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
5 green onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon Ranch dressing mix
6-inch flour tortillas
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cover baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Mix cream cheese, bacon, chicken, cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions. Mix well.
- Spoon 2–3 Tablespoons of filling onto each flour tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until edges are golden and crisp.
- Serve with ranch dressing, guacamole, or salsa for dipping.
Freezer Directions:
- Assemble as directed but do not bake.
- Arrange in a single layer on a plate or baking dish and freeze until firm.
- Transfer to a freezer bag or airtight container.
- To cook from frozen, place on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 12–14 minutes.
