Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients:

For sliders:

1 pound chicken breasts

1 ranch seasoning packet

Buffalo wing sauce

Hawaiian slider buns

For celery slaw:

2 celery ribs, thinly sliced

1 Tablespoon red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup ranch

1-2 Tablespoons buffalo sauce

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place chicken in baking dish.
  • Combine ranch seasoning and buffalo sauce and pour over chicken.
  • Cover dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Turn chicken and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until chicken cooked.
  • Shred chicken and return to dish.
  • Add buffalo sauce as needed.
  • Return to oven and heat thoroughly.
  • To make slaw, combine all ingredients, adding more or less ranch and buffalo sauce to taste.
  • Serve on slider rolls with slaw.
