Depression

Depression can feel like a thick fog; heavy, dark, and exhausting. It drains hope, dims joy, and wears down the mind in ways few people see. But Scripture shows that God meets us right in those places of despair. He doesn’t shame our sadness or rush our healing. He walks with us through it. This page brings together biblical truth, encouragement, and guidance for seasons of hopelessness, heaviness, and mental fatigue, reminding you that even when you can’t feel Him, God is near, and hope is not lost.
